This company is a scam. Ordered the battery powered show shovel, 2 actually, back in early November and have never received them. I reported the issue through the 'Receipt' company and a couple days after the 'tracking' information was updated, and now shows 'delivered', but I never got the package. These were coming from China (which wasn't made clear when order was placed) and I think they just make up their tracking information so you think the stuff is actually on the way, but it's not! Trying to get a refund through my credit card company now. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
