I also have ordered these snow shovels, were advertised on TV as coming from QVC, but when I received tracking info, was for ACQRA* topmallsales,shows the item shipped 2023-11-30

Well, I am in the same boat as the rest of you. I ordered the same snow blower. Why and how can people, web site or whatever the hell, excuse my French, this is, continue to get by with this kind of crap. I am furious right now. I can't find out anything about this and I guess I never will. I hate that my hard earn money keeps on getting ripped off. Judy from Kentucky.
Yes, some how they steal the advertisement from QVC. I don't know how Facebook allows this. They shut you down if you make a comment they do not like but they will let scammers continue to steal from their users. I don't know why I still fell for it. My bad
Same here -- the tracking stated it was delivered -- I never received the snow thrower. Sadly this company is a scam -- too bad I didn't come across this site sooner.
