We ordered an Ac Genie early January. We notice a wrong address. Contacted them straight away to inform them of wrong address. They email me that said they updated on their process ordering . I asked for the updated invoice address not changed. Many , many emails later. The sent me an email that they have processed a refund. 2 weeks later nothing.
