I purchased dentures for $59.99 from Egoodszy. My bank statement reflects the purchase from Shinerya dentures. Rather than what I ordered, which is the full set of dentures on the left (I bought two sets) I received the bag of pellets and flat paste on plastic teeth. The item i paid for does not say diy. It says Shinerya Full Upper and Lower Dentures. The package arrived from an Abby Adkins, at the address below her name. If you google her name and address, or her name and “dentures” a slew of fraud complaints comes up under her name. The address is an empty warehouse. The sellers customer service email is support @balloono. shop. I believe Egoodszy is the name on the confirmation of purchase. I requested a refund as the kit sent sells for $5.90 elsewhere. I was offered 20% of what I paid as the item sent “has value”. I was also told to mail it to some person in CHINA or it would be my loss. i told him i didn’t buy it from China and would mail it back to Sender…Abby Adkins. He pretty much pleaded i not do that. so i said I would contact Tiktok for fraud and 4 agencies that handle fraud. My bank has credited me for fraud, and there are 4 consumer protection agencies I will be contacting. He will regret not refunding my money
