I ordered a 4 pound highland cow with a removable microwave pouch. What I received was a cheap 7 ounce stuffed animal not even in the correct color. When I sent an email to get a refund, I only got the runaround. As you can tell by the photos, the off-white one is what I ordered and the orange one is what I got.
