I ordered a robotic puppy from Lovegodn. China I contacted them because instead of the $ 32.99 for the dog, they added on 2.99 NICOO – My Playful R... Qty: 1 $32.99 Subtotal $35.98 Shipping and handling $20.67 Shipping discount -$8.38 Insurance $2.09 Total $50.36 USD That was not right. I contacted and they said It may be charged 15%-40% of the order amount as Tax and Insurance fee by Payment Gateway. We're sorry for the trouble it may cause. To express our apology, we'd like to refund the Tax and Insurance fee USD 8.39 as compensation. I followed tracking to Chicago and it was there many days then to Pennsylvania and I wrote again about why it needed to be in those places so long, finally, they answered and said on its way . Was in southern Maine distribution center. Been there four days. I have tracking numbers. In today's mail came a package from Abby Adkins and inside was a raggy little dog that takes a battery. Looks nothing like what is ordered, no papers not in box, just a bag. Not what I ordered and how did she get my info to send this. Not the same dog , not same order or tracking number. I am very upset over this. This person needs to be stopped! The box was flat inside the envelope, this needs two batteries. Cheap! Can anyone help?
