The website claims they were selling Doll10 peptide foundation with free brush. What I received was a product called Deep peptide foundation. It is not even close to a Doll 10 product. It is not the color I ordered, it is a thick theatrical type foundation. I’d like an address where I can send this back and receive a refund to my PayPal account.

I recd something from them, that I didn't order, but also, the package was empty. Why?
Been on phone with PayPal on this person. The drop shipper. The money went to China. Dropshipper gets paid by them. Fake address so they can keep your money. PayPal is on it along with many screenshots of others having same issues.
I feel sorry for the people who live here. I also received a product which doesn't match the description and tried returning it "the nice way". After going back and forth with the company, I was getting so upset that I wanted to send my cousin to the address to personally collect the money.
Still waiting on product. I wanted to cancel but I couldn’t. Very disappointed.
