I ordered a singing dancing giraffe for my grandson. I didn't order from her but from another on line 'company'. When I got it from her, it had no directions and doesn't work. The plug to recharge doesn't fit in where it should. I got a fraud alert about it and reported that also. One "not happy" Grammy.
