I ordered bionic fishing lures for my son in law for Christmas. I paid $34.98. I received a bag stuffed with some net like cloth squares. I went to the website and it's no longer available. Her name and address is on the PKG. I'm trying to get a refund but I'm not getting a reply to my emails. support @specializk. com is the support email for the website.
