TAKE NOTE IMISSISSAUGA IS NOT IN QUEBEC.— it is in ONTARIO. Secondly in case you didn’t realize Canada is comprised of 10 PROVINCES and two territories. We do not have states.. as for your problem with Birkenstock call him and get a refund
