A scam - Unordered Package, Nashville, TN, USA

I received a package for Gethers Fotty that I didn’t order. There are two labels stacked on top of each other. The return address is a vacant house that’s listed for sale. It was in a bag with a label for a dress a different color. The dress doesn’t have any tags in it.
