A SCAM ORDERING COMPANY, ADEVANlye Co, Ltd

I ordered 5 tubes of a facial product, advertised on FB. Was supposed to be a PETER THOMAS ROTH product. It was not. Supposed to be a ONE TIME ORDER. I paid $49.97 to this company for a one time shipment, free delivery. Ordered 7/25/2024. On 8/05/2024, they sent a second shipment which I did not ordered. It arrived 9/03/2024.
Per the PAYPAL HELP PAGE, I contacted the seller myself, TEN TIMES by email, trying to resolve this problem. They stopped replying to me and would not address my request to return their product for a full refund, of the second order, $71.22. I am trying to ask for hello from PayPal on their app but the form is asking for a link to the company. There ISN’T a link for this scam company.
