I ordered a salsa hot tub from a seller on Ebay and never received it plus the seller is not communicating with me now after I asked to be refunded.I filed a complaint with Ebay and they denied me a refund and denied my appeal. The photo shows item delivered but it was not delivered to me, I called FedEx and they stated that the tracking number provided to me was in another persons name and I asked for proof of delivery and received a pic of someone else’s door.
