On Jan. 23, 2024 I sent an order to Vera Bradley and received an order confirmation listing 7 items ordered, prices, shipping costs and shipping insurance. Shipping address, billing address, shipping method, and payment method were also listed. Payment was by Chase credit card but on confirmation it was recorded as Moonbapay. Total cost amount listed on order was less than amount listed on credit card statement. Also on credit card statement it was listed as ACQRA romanticwardro MongKok. Original order confirmation stated I would be notified when order was shipped. On Feb. 29, 2024 I contacted service@ oenicevista. com to find out if and when it had been shipped. Their reply on March1,2024 stated that it had been delivered. They provided a tracking number and the 17track. net/cn URL. They listed the tracking info. stating it had been delivered on Feb. 21,2024. They stated they ship it in “good faith.” When the tracking # was entered it couldn’t be found and each time I entered it a new # would appear. Premiumoutletsgoods. com which was listed as including Vera Bradley couldn’t be reached. “This site can’t be reached.” Very frustrated and angry.
