I ordered 2 weekender bags that they had missed represented as QVC, After several emails I received a scarf. When emailed again they indicated my package was received. They said they would refund my money if I paid to send back the scarf (NOT) and then said they would refund 75% of the original payment. Never received any type of refund. Reported to my bank and they are requesting a refund. we will see what happens there.
