I ordered a garden system from Inacool.It was buy one get one free. I received an email with a tracking number. According to the tracker the item has been out for delivery since 4/6/23. I have contacted them several times and all they say is that it is out for delivery. The other day I got a notification from the local Post Office that I had a package to pick up that had postage due. When I went to check into it it was a small plastic bag that was folded over on itself. The postal employee I was talking to informed me that it was fraud as the mailing label as produced illegally. I gave the name of the sender as "Online Seller" I refused the package. There is no way that package contained 2 garden bed.
