We received a ring in a Kay Jewelers box that we did not order. It was addressed to my husband with our correct address. There was no packaging slip or any information contained in the small sealed packaging, just the box with a ring in a cellophane bag. I believe the ring is a CZ, approximately 1ct surrounded by about 24 small CZ’s in a hexagonal shape with both sides v-ing out. I cannot read what is engraved in the inside of the ring.I called KAY Jewelers to report it. I tried to report it to the USPS but it would not take the tracking number and I was unsuccessful trying to speak to a “real” person.
The return address on the package is:
Williams
4220 S LEE ST Buford Hall H. NO 4
When searching for the address it comes back to a restaurant in Buford GA.

I just received a ring from Kay jewelry, That I did not order. did not receive my AC I ordered I should had realized it was a scam the ring is a cheap knockoff cz women ring.
I received a ring as well. Should I just throw it away? The only thing I can think is that I purchased something on a scam site a couple of weeks ago that I never received. I called my bank though and had the charge refunded. Not sure if this has anything to do with that.
I just received the exact same thing. Except it bizarrely went to my aunt and uncles house addressed to my husband. We live in Florida and my Aunt lives in California. The only time we ever had my husbands name associated with their address was just a couple weeks ago while we were visiting and my husband ordered something from Amazon to be shipped to their home. So it seems this is Amazon related. I am going to try and call them and report to them. The whole thing was so bizarre!
