A ring I never ordered, 21460 Yellow Brick Road, Diamond Bar, CA, USA

No sender's name, only says "shipping center" with the address. Was sent in a small box. Opened box, it had a red ring box inside with a small envelope holding a Cert of Authenticity and a card to register for a 12 month warranty. Opened the red box and saw the ring inside.

I just recieved a ring 9-11-23, from exact same address. My ring looks different.
I received the exact same thing. The ring looks similar. I don't plan on scanning the QR code - it's probably a way to scam me/us.
I got basically the same ring. Never ordered. I have looked back multiple months and no charges on my cards or accounts. I will not scan the QR either, it does seem like another way to access or scam.

I received the exact same ring in Sarasota, FL yesterday 9/12/23. I never ordered it and there were no obscure charges on any of the credit cards I use. I guess just hold it.unless some one has any other ideas?
