CARRIE BONKIEWICZ 2864 PARSONS BLVD QUEENS NEW YORK, NY 11357 My name printed twice and with NULL NULL above my address. Shortly after I became deathly ill. I did not order this knee/arm brace. I do not know what is going on or how it works. I see I am not the only one who has gotten these packages from the same sender.
