Websites that have no phone contact and ship from china are all suspect of scams using the mail to say your product was delivered and using some cheap item. File a credit card dispute and take a picture of the package label. If it has a FLY number on the label plug it into the cjpacket website and print it out. You'll need evidence, but if its a scam that's their intent to make it difficult to get a refund.
