A package I received that I didn't order and don't know why I received it., 2800 North Franklin Road, Indianapolis, IN, USA

I received a silver spaceman charm and a chain. I did not order anything from this seller (no name found for seller), so I have no idea as to what to do about this situation. Should I return it, keep it, or what. I do not know if I was charged for it as I do not see any seller name or company listed against my debit card on my bank statement and I do not use credit cards at all. I was unable to track this package with the USPS tracking numbers on the envelope label. This has never happened to me before as I am extremely careful and very rarely purchase anything online let alone from someone, some firm, etc. I do not know. I am alwayswatching out for Scams.
