Power has been restored to hundreds of residents in the City of Butler after a short outage Thursday morning. According to First Energy, the outage impacted just over 800 customers in the City of Butler. Residents say power went out just before 10 a.m. and remained out... See More until just after 11 a.m. The outage occurred as a result of an unknown object contacting the line leading to a breaker opening in the substation. A visual inspection of the line did not reveal any damage so the breaker was reset.
