I just received the same thing from FAMILY MEDICAL LLC, Bayside, NY: a USB cable with three plugs. Package says "data cable" and I did not order it. I also fell victim to the BBB scam if that matters but my $$ was refunded by my credit card company. The address was: 214-15 15th Ave, Bayside, NY, 11360
