Del Ray residents were in for a rude awakening this morning as many discovered early this morning that power to the neighborhood was out. SCAM. Check your credit card bills, call your credit card/bank, they will put a hold on charges while they investigate, then return your money. The scam is either "brushing" (look it up), or maybe you ordered one of those "Amazon pallets" (total SCAM.) Senders are from China, to spoofed addresses (such as Amazon, in Kent Wash.)

I got the exact same thing yesterday - 03/08/2023 in Boise Idaho. I placed it in my garage and washed my hands thoroughly after handling it, but I have no idea who sent it or why.
