I purchased an item from Alwaysbigca.com, and never received it. They took $35.98 cents from me on July 9th, 2023. My order number is 0000****. A delivery service emailed me and said the package was delivered on July 18th. Never received a package. Was I scammed out of this money, and if so can I get it back somehow?

The samething happened to me. These crooks have found a way to hack the usps site. I provided a video of the date and time the package was said to be delivered and in fact usps delivered something at that same date and time. I file a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and usps attorney general. I sent the video and screen shots of the complaints I filed and they send me my money back in 3 days.
