It looks like three green foam / spongy things ( sort of like what goes over a office head set on the ear part ) or foam rollers that kind of material with plastic inside like little bears. i place alot of online orders , but i keep track of everything and i definitely didnt order this i dont know where it cam from, weirded me out for real
