On December 31, I bought shoes that I paid for using my ICBC visa credit card, a seven-day delivery agreement. It never arrived .charge and taxes levied .item never received to date. I will make a bank challenge just announced on my face account. I consider that having been charged and not making a cash payment is a scam. From December 31 to date, I have not received shoes paid for with a card and whose advertising appears on Facebook.
