I ordered some clothing from what appeared to be a JCPenney warehouse sale located in Shenzhen. It was paid for and I was able to track the items with LTIAN EXP. An order was delivered all right a cheap $2. ring so it showed that my parcel had been delivered. I should of read the reviews before the purchase and not after as this seems to an ongoing scam with others.
