i was missing 5 cans of cat food when i got home. the cans were shown on my receipt. i call store immediantly becausd it was right at closing time. the lady was very rude and and acted like she had no idea what i was talking about. it had just happened.

I hope you went back to the store the next day with you receipt. Do the survey on the receipt, explaining what happened and if possible the employee's name.
