At least 150 workers at Gilster-Mary Lee’s food manufacturing plants in Randolph County have tested positive for COVID-19. 45 factory workers at the pasta plant have tested positive and a larger outbreak of approximately 100 workers have tested positive for the coronavirus at the cake plant. Gilster-Mary Lee’s Chester headquarters was the site of a large cluster earlier this month.
