4/26/23 received a package I did not order, delivered by USPS, Liberty, TN, USA

Liberty, 37095 Tennessee, United States

4/26/23 received a ring from GRA Moissanite that I did not order and no one in the family or friends ordered it. Received through USPS, with my correct name and Tennessee address. The return address on package shows as: Online Seller, 24006 E 19th Ave., Aurora, CO 80019. Don't know why or how this came to me.
