I got 1st dose of Phizer. After two hours injection site pain left arm, shoulder, neck pain. Joint pain, malaise, fever, weakness, fatigue, muscle pain. After I took Tylenol later in evening felt better. Next morning, feel much better, injection site pain, little joint pain. | Symptoms: Fever, Weakness, Fatigue, Joint Pain, Muscle Pain, Soreness
