A line of strong thunderstorms rolled across Michigan on Wednesday 17th. Thousands of homes and businesses were left without electricity, according to DTE Energy. DTE Energy was reporting 13,000 power outages by early evening, with the biggest outages in Madison Heights and Fraser.

Acid tanks not properly secured, the structure holding up the acid tanks is corroded away at several points, this issue has been going on for months with no attempt to fix it. 4. Slip hazards around the floor by the oil and mineral spirit tank due to spilled oil and mineral spirits, there are no slip protection mats or signs to warn employees of the hazard.
