Warrenton, Oregon, United States

Thousands of customers in the Warrenton area lost power Thursday because of a damaged line, according to Pacific Power. Power was not restored until around 4:45 a.m. on Friday for most residents in the city, according to Mayor. The first report of an outage was at about 4:30 p.m. The outage involved more than 4,300 customers.
