Applicable OSHA Standard 1910.22 3. Employees are exposed to falling ceiling tiles. The falling titles are creating a struck by hazard. Applicable OSHA Standard Section 5(a)(1) 4. The employer is not enforcing safe distancing between employees in the break room. Applicable OSHA Standard Section 5(a)(1)
