1. Employees' health could be seriously harmed, due to exposure to the anesthetic, isoflurane, as a result of the patients not being intubated when it is being administered, such that it could be inhaled by employees engaged in the procedure or in the vicinity. 2. Employees could
be exposed to harmful microorganisms due to the premises not being as clean as the nature of the work allows, or sanitized to generally accepted standards for the industry. 3. Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: a) Employees continuing to come to work despite contact with persons who had tested positive or who had been diagnosed with the infection; b) No health screening, such as checking employees' body temperature etc., being conducted; c) Social Distancing not being maintained in the break room; d) Work areas not being sanitized.
