On all shifts there are several employees, including management and supervisors, that are not following procedure for wearing face coverings. They do not provide adequate hand soap in the restrooms. The hand sanitizing stations are not maintained, some of the stations are empty.

Employees are repeatedly being exposed to COVID-19. Multiple employees have tested positive for COVID-19. Employees who have had contact with a positive COVID-19 co-worker are not being asked/allowed to quarantine. Employer not testing employees who have had contact with a positive COVID-19 co-worker.
