1. On September 8, 2021, the employer required an employee who was sick to work. After working, the employee tested positive for COVID-19. This potentially exposed other employees to the virus. 2. Vehicles parked inside the building are leaking fuel. Employees are experiencing headaches from being exposed
to the gasoline vapor and are also concerned about a fire hazard.
