Possible violation of 29 CFR 1910.134 2) Employees do not have readily available access to respirators because respirators are being stored under lock and key in the volunteer room located in the hospital lobby and must only be obtained by the charge nurse each shift for each floor. Possible violation of 29 CFR 1910.134 3) Employees in the Psych intake and Psych units exposed to unsafe working conditions such as, unknown positive COVID-19 exposure due to non-testing of patients and workplace violence. Possible violation of 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause 4) Employees located on the 5th floor, not provided additional isolation gowns to treat all patients. Possible violation of 29 CFR 1910.132 5) Employees exposed to intimidation and threats of termination to keep them from reporting violations. Possible violation of 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause 6) Employees, who have tested positive for COVID-19 staff not being informed of the total number of positive cases.
