1. The employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not instructing employees who are known to have tested positive for COVID-19, not to report
to work. 2. Throughout the facility, the employer is exposing employees to injury from physical contact with vermin (roaches/gnats), and health related illnesses caused by transferable diseases from vermin, in that the employer does not have vermin control implemented at the facility that provides continuing and effective extermination of vermin when their presence is detected.

I placed an order early December for under eve lights.$49.95, did not recieve item until after Christmas & was an item not even close to what i ordered. After 2 months of disputing with paypal & vendor, the only alternative was for me to pay shipping charges
back to China. That wasn't happening, they made the mistake, it's there responsibility. PAYPAL drops the case. I no longer have paypal.
