The offices have not been deep cleaned after the positive cases. The entire St. Louis staff tested positive and the site was never deep cleaned. 6. There is no policy on how many people can occupy an office. The waiting rooms are frequently full. 7. Customers browse the optical selections without maintaining six feet of separation. 8. Employees are not health screened daily.

I assume Lockport cares is possibly food poisoning people. Lockport cares gives you bag lunches , breakfast and dinner.
For 2 nights there is always corn or brownies during Bible study at 8pm at night.
I'm not allowed back because I claaid they were food poisoning people

My blood sugar was low and I was coughing up blood and my teeth were bleeding.

Lockport cares should be shut down for biohazard. Covid positive wear no masks. A mask is not required for covid positive people.

Just like me!! I expected, as promised, a rechargeable plasma lighter. I received a Butane lighter that is totally empty and no recharging cables. That was my first clue.Totally scammed from what I expected. Going to ask for a total refund. If not received in two days, I will call my bank to cancel the charge as this is fraud.
