people's food and work equipment. There were 8 other employees in the restaurant at the same time. Management sent out a message on July 9th, stating that a co-worker tested positive and that they got the test results back on July 8th. The message also stated that this employee was sent home immediately however that was not true. Management did not send the employee home immediately or the other employees. The health department was contacted by employees about the issue and stated that the employee needed to quarantine.

An employee of the Klavon’s restaurant located on E. McDevitt Ave. recently tested positive for COVID-19. The employee last worked on Monday, September 14 between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. and Tuesday, September 15 between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Floor cracks are getting wider and destroying our PIT equipment, walls are uneven and mold is at an all time high as employees struggle to breathe comfortably in the warehouse. Mold in floor cracks and between walls and boxes. Low quality concrete floor unsafe to support 6 ton PIT.
