1. Title 8 CCR §3205(c)(3)(A): The employer does not follow up on sick employees to verify if they are COVID-19 positive. 2. Title 8 CCR §3205(c)(5)(A): Employees are not trained on the employer's COVID-19 Prevention Program. 3. Title 8 CCR §3205(c)(6)(A): The employer is not using physical
distancing methods to ensure office employees are separated from other persons by at least six feet. 4. Title 8 CCR §3205(c)(7)(A): The employer does not provide or ensure that face coverings are worn by employees. 5. Title 8 CCR §3205(c)(8)(C): The employer is not cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and objects in the office. 6. Title 8 CCR §5199(g)(7): Healthcare employees are not trained on the use of N95 respirators.
