Employer is not requiring the wearing of masks while working in the facility and employees do not practice the social distancing guidelines in lunch/breakroom area. There have been positive cases in the facility and there is a concern that the covid virus is still being spread due
to employer not enforcing the proper guidelines to ensure a healthy workplace.
