I ordered a dog bed for £25 and received a scuzzy pair of badly made ear muffs instead. More fool me for ordering from a Facebook advert. I received a pair of ear muffs which are useless

My partner also received earmuffs today. The contact phone number is a family members so I think it was supposed to be our missing christmas present, which was definitely NOT earmuffs!

Received a (quill?!!) Pen set from a Michael Nick of PFT logistics. No idea where this originated, as no paperwork included. Worried this may be some kind of scam to get people to contact them, and perhaps give personal/bank details.

I ordered a generator and solar panel after waiting one month received a pair of ear muffs!

On the 9/12/22 I ordered the generator through a site on Facebook , I paid $49.56. On 4/5/23 a pair of ear muffs where sent to me, I didn't know where they'd come from until today when I discovered that they were in place of my generator.
