Ordered a computer - ended up with a cheap calligraphy set. Someone is really taking the mickey here. So much for wanting to give a nice gift for christmas. If anyone knows how to close these people down, I would be very grateful of more information

Incorrect package

For the second time I have had an incorrect delivery. I think I should have received a thick duvet, instead of which I have a parcel including a gold coloured tea spoon and cake fork????

I received a pair of gloves from here but I was supposed to be receiving a light weight mobility scooter. I paid for it and after email after email, I was told it was on its way. No I’ve got a pair of gloves instead! Absolutely fuming!
