T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(A) The employer requires teaching staff to ride in a vehicle, in close contact with a Safety Resource Officer (SRO), in order to conduct home site visits. This is a new requirement that is in conflict with COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocol.
