The employer is allowing employee which have tested positive for COVID-19 and are asymptomatic to continue working without quarantining. Employees are allowed to work shifts while pending COVID-19 swab in process. The employer is not properly cleaning emergency department rooms following COVID-19 positive patients being inside.
