Bison allowed an employee to work while awaiting their covid 19 test results and then the employee received a positive result. They have not required masks and have not taken any steps to ensure employees health. They also are requiring employees to work even with a positive…

Employer not following proper Covid-19 quarantine protocol. Employer allowing employees testing positive for Covid-19 to come into work. Employer telling employees if they do not have symptoms they need to come in. Employer not mandating masks be worn.
