Employees are testing positive for Covid-19. Employer is not mandating masks to be worn in the factory or in the office. Employees are allowed to decide when they wear a mask. Employer not social distancing.

They do not require face masks because enough employees complained about wearing them. They work in close quarters and there have been positive cases recently in their workers. There are large signs on the doors that you must wear a mask but as soon as you walk…
